BUON MA THUOT - DAKLAK EXPERIENCE

Tour program:

Day 1: ARRIVAL  BUON MA THUOT – DRAYNUR WATERFALL (L)

Guide/Vehicle of CHD TRAVEL picks up guests at Buon Ma Thuot airport (the morning  flight) and transfer to the city. Go to Daklak museum to learn 3 spaces: Ethnography, bio-diversification and history for overall the central highlands about cultures and history. Checkin at the heritage tree of camphor, over 100 years. Lunch at local restaurant. Then to Draynur waterfall on the Srepok river (30km away from Buon Ma Thuot city, fed by the Srepok River, a major tributary of the Mekong River that flows from the Central Highlands into northeastern Cambodia), on the way stop to see pepper garden and coffee plantation. Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 2: BUON MA THUOT – COFFEE EXPERIENCE (L)

Breakfast at the hotel.

08h00: Go to visit Aeroco farm: Visit the farm and learn the procedures of coffee bean processing, buying from farmers (wet/dry coffee processings), how to roast, and grind coffee, taste pure coffee. Back to Buon Ma Thuot, visit visit Akodhong village of the Ede hilltribe people.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Visit World Coffee Museum to learn hundreds of exhibits from coffee industry in Vietnam and the world. After that, transfer to Kien Cuong Weasel coffee farm to see how to create a famous and special weasel coffee. This is a local civet coffee farm to get an overview of the best coffee type in the world and learn how the local people raise and protect this native weasel. Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 3: BUON MA THUOT – LAK LAKE – AIRPORT  (L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out.

Depart to Lak Lake (50km away from the city on NR27). Walking to the place where the elephants stay in the mountain. Then, make friend with them, feeding the bananas and washing, bathing, touching our friendly elephants on the river/stream. Go through  rice paddy fields and villages to see more peaceful spots surrounded by mountains and beautiful countryside sceneries. Take dugout canoe on Lak lake. Walk around Jun village to join in the local people’s lifestyles and hear about their traditions and cultures.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Back to Buon Ma Thuot, on the way stop to climb up the Elephant Rock, the largest monolith ever known in Vietnam as the shape of a lying elephant with nice surrounding views and fresh-air. Transfer to Buon Ma Thuot airport for the filght @...or finish at hotels. End the tour program!

CHILD POLICY
Children under 12 years is generally granted a reduction up to 20% of the land tour, 10% of airfare, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as adult. 

HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

*Check-in time is 14:00. Any early check-in request will be considered subject to room availability of the hotel and room surcharge for the request will be applied as below:

• From 07:00 to prior to 14:00: charge 50% of room rate.
• Prior to 07:00: charge 100% of room rate.

*Check-out time  is 12:00. Any late check-out request will be considered subject to room availability of the hotel and  room surcharge for the request will be applied as below:

• From 12:00 to prior to 18:00: charge 50% of room rate.
• Prior to 18:00: charge 100% of room rate.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS 
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service CHD Travel has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. CHD Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

CHD Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boat, and hotels in the event of any complaint.

Accommodations (hotel or vessel) and pre-arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond CHD Travel’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned.
